Pre Wedding Photo Session in Helsinki | Best Helsinki Pre Wedding Photographer

I often photograph couples traveling to Finland on their honeymoon. Most often I document couples getting married or getting engaged in Lapland in the winter times. But just as beautiful is planning for a pre wedding photo session in Helsinki.

Whether my couples are wishing for urban, modern, and minimalistic backgrounds, for green Finnish forest locations, or for a view of the sea on top of rocky shores, I know some of the coolest places in town. And if they are planning for a longer session, we have time to cover multiple locations.

This is what we did with Akari and Kats. They are a Japanese couple who wanted to have pre wedding photos done in Helsinki. In the first part of the day we took advantage of Helsinki’s modern architecture and urban settings. In the afternoon, we took the ferry over to Suomenlinna Island and caught a magnificent sunset on the rocks. Akari wore her hair in a loose bun for the first part of the day. On the ferry ride, her stylist changed her hair to a more laid-back look.
