Miha and Yuya, a couple from Japan, chose the breathtaking French Riviera to celebrate their destination elopement. With its sun-drenched coastline, timeless charm, and intimate settings, Villefranche-sur-Mer provided the perfect backdrop for their special day.

Villefranche-sur-Mer Elopement

The couple exchanged their vows in the quaint Saint-Pierre des Pecheurs Chapel. The chapel’s historic charm and serene location added an intimate, soulful atmosphere to their ceremony.

After the vows, we ventured to the nearby village of Èze, perched high above the Mediterranean. With its narrow cobblestone streets, stone houses, and artistic ambiance, Èze felt like stepping back in time. As we wandered through the village, Miha and Yuya shared quiet moments, their laughter echoing against the ancient walls. The views from the top of the hill were nothing short of spectacular, with the deep blues of the sea stretching endlessly beneath us. We also explored the exotic botanic garden, a unique highlight featuring towering cacti set against the dramatic Riviera backdrop.

One of the most magical parts of the day was our stop at an olive garden along the French Riviera. The dappled sunlight filtering through the silvery leaves created a dreamy, romantic setting. Photographing Miha and Yuya here was a joy—the natural beauty of the surroundings perfectly mirrored the quiet elegance of their love story.

The Negresco Hotel Honeymoon

The couple spent their honeymoon at the historic Le Negresco Hotel in Nice, a true icon of the Riviera. To end the day, we took advantage of the hotel’s grand interiors for the final part of their photoshoot. The luxurious setting, with its opulent décor and timeless elegance, provided a stunning contrast to the rustic beauty of the earlier locations. Miha and Yuya’s joy and sophistication shone in every frame, as we celebrated the start of their married life in one of the Riviera’s most iconic destinations.
