Katya is from Sweden with one parent from Bulgaria and one from Belarus. Harry is from USA with one parent from USA and one from Malaysia. Katya is an architect and likes to travel, Harry is an education evaluator and likes to write manga. Together they like to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. People assume Katya goes because of Harry but it’s actually the other way around. They met in Shanghai on Tinder, fell in love, had long distance for 2 years. When Katya finished her education they moved to New York.

“My husband and I got married this summer and Maria was our wedding photographer. I can’t stress enough how happy I am about picking her! She is extraordinarily talented, kind and professional. I found Maria through another wedding that she photographed at Rosendals Trädgård. After I reached out to her to compliment the photos, she was so friendly and helpful. She helped me decide on my venue and sent me many options. This even though I had not made any promises yet to book her.

During the months leading up to our wedding she continued being helpful – answering spontaneous questions I had, and helping me improve my wedding timeline.

She captured our wedding in an amazing and artistic way, and was a pleasure to be around on this big and stressful day. Maria is an absolute professional and great at working with people. She has a clear vision and goes above and beyond to capture the best possible photos. For instance: our church was very dark and this could have been an issue, and instead the photos turned out looking more magical than in real life.

The gallery we received is versatile and tells a story of the whole day; capturing beautiful portraits, details and candid shots of our guests. It warms our hearts to be able to experience and keep these moments; some of which we didn’t get to witness ourselves during the busy day.”
